TERESA BRANDON, LPC (CEO)

Teresa Brandon is an accomplished and performance-driven executive with a strong background developing and executing healthcare, clinical, and administrative procedures and programs to achieve facility goals. She has repeated success implementing continuous process improvement and strategic initiatives to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and minimize overall expenses. Employees recognize her for excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. What makes her stand out are building, coaching, and empowering sales teams, as well as promoting a fair, positive, and results-driven culture through transparency and open feedback to ensure service delivery metrics. She is skilled in addressing and responding to potential problems/issues/queries promptly. Throughout her career, she fostered and sustained long-term working relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives to drive continuous growth and impeccable results.

LEKESHA DAVIS, PhD, LPC (COO)

Dr. Lekesha Thomas-Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. Dr. Davis has worked in community mental health for more than 25 years, specializing in intimate partner violence, depression, trauma and crisis, children and families, and multicultural issues in counseling. She received her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, with an emphasis in Trauma and Crisis, in November 2018 from Walden University. She is also a full time Assistant Professor at University of the Cumberlands. Dr. Davis has presented on numerous topics including, self-care when working with children who experience trauma, the most common mental illnesses in adults and children, the effects of gun violence on youth, the impact of trauma on diverse populations, intimate partner violence, and many other topics. Dr. Davis believes that "passion fuels vision" and advocates for compassionate and equitable care for youth and adults with mental and behavioral health concerns.

KANDIS-AYANNA WILSON, LPC (CLINICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR)

KA has worked in the field of social services for over 17 years. Her career focus has been career counseling, reentry services, behavioral health, child welfare, case management, and strengthening families. She has experience working with nonprofit agencies that provide direct, social supportive services to families that experience chronic poverty, and significant mental challenges. She has worked as a case manager, crisis counselor and clinical supervisor. She attended Lindenwood University and received her master’s degree in professional counseling as well as obtained certification as a Licensed Counselor. KA is also an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College for the Behavioral Health Support Program in which she teaches a variety of courses from introductory to practicum courses.
